Liberty Speciality mainly decreases alloy/scrap surcharges
Liberty Speciality Steels has lowered its alloy surcharges for just over half of its listed products month-on-month for July 2019, Kallanish notes. The range of surcharge decrease is narrower than in the previous two months when high vanadium content alloys saw surcharges plummet. The UK company’s scrap surcharge meanwhile is lowered again for July.
