Liberty Speciality raises bulk of April surcharges
Liberty Speciality Steels has raised the majority of its alloy surcharges month-on-month for April 2019, In similar pattern to the movements in March, Kallanish notes. Surcharges for alloys with higher nickel content have generally risen, while those with higher vanadium content have again slipped some quite significantly. The UK company’s scrap surcharge meanwhile has also upticked for April.
