Liberty Speciality surcharges majorly fall again for November
The vast majority of Liberty Speciality Steels' alloy surcharges have fallen again month-on-month for November 2018, Kallanish notes. In a very similar pattern to October’s surcharges, those that have risen are mainly comprised of alloys with high vanadium content. The UK company’s scrap surcharge meanwhile has upticked for November.
The new surcharges are valid from 28 October to 1 December 2018, the UK-based special steelmaker confirms.
