Liberty Speciality surcharges majorly fall for January
The majority of Liberty Speciality Steels' alloy surcharges have fallen again month-on-month for January 2019, Kallanish notes. In a very similar pattern to November’s and December’s surcharges, those that have risen are mainly comprised of alloys with high vanadium content.
