Lingyuan Steel, Angang plan reorganization
Lingyuan Iron & Steel Group in northeastern China's Liaoning province announced on 22 June that it plans to restructure with Anshan Iron & Steel Group (Angang), headquartered in Liaoning's Anshan city.
