Liugang commissions pellet project in Fangchenggang
After commissioning last December, Liuzhou Iron & Steel (Liugang) has successfully achieved full production at the iron ore pellet plant in its Fangchenggang base in Guangxi Province. The plant has a capacity of 4 million tonnes/year, Kallanish reports.
Sinosteel Engineering & Technology Co. was responsible for the construction of the pellet project. It is the first one in southwest China that uses a belt roaster to produce pellet.
