Private company buys China's Xinan Stainless
The online auction of Xinan Stainless Steel ended on the morning of 16 April. Chengdu Hengrui Xingyu Industrial won the fixed assets, intangible assets and inventories of the steelmaker with a bid of CNY 716 million ($107m). This was higher than the starting price of CNY 581 million, Kallanish notes.
