Hegang retains longs offers despite other mills' hikes
Major long steel producers in eastern China have increased their late-July long product offers, citing Tangshan's 43-day long restrictions since 20 July. Hegang, however, has kept its offers stable even though its subsidiaries saw their output restricted, Kallanish notes.
