Measuring device to improve Magang sections quality
Ma'anshan Iron & Steel (Magang) has ordered a PROgauge laser-based sections measuring system for its heavy-section mill from SMS Group subsidiary, TBK Automation und Messtechnik.
The device is considered the largest of its kind in the world, and will improve the product quality and reduce production times, Kallanish notes from SMS.
