Magang produces heavy hot-rolled H-beam
Ma’anshan Iron and Steel (Magang) began to deliver heavy hot-rolled H-beams to Hong Kong on 27 May, after putting the product into trial production on 28 April, Kallanish notes. This means that Magang, now part of Baowu Group, has become the first Chinese company with the ability to produce heavy hot-rolled H-beams.
