Malaysia's Alliance Steel commissions No.2 coke oven

Alliance Steel (Malaysia) commissioned its No.2 coke oven on 9 May. Construction had started on 26 February 2017 by Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC). Alliance plans to build the biggest steelworks in Malaysia with a total steel capacity of 3.5 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
