Italian crude output collapses in March

Crude steel production by Italian mills collapsed in March following a January decline and a flat February, says local steelmakers' association Federacciai. Steel output was down -40.2% year-on-year last month to 1.3 million tonnes. In the first quarter output fell by -16.2% y-o-y to 5.2mt.
