Mechel continues to ramp up coking coal output
Russian miner and steelmaker Mechel's Southern Kuzbass coking coal company increased coal production in 2020, the company says.
The volume amounted to more than 10.4 million tonnes of coal, up by 20% on-year, Kallanish notes. In January-November production had been 10mt, up by 15% on-year (see Kallanish passim).
