Mechel’s Chelyabinsk improves efficiency with new upgrades
Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant (ChMK), part of Mechel, has completed the overhauls of several large units at once, blast furnace No.1, converter No.3 and continuous casting machine No.5, the company says.
