Meranti, Glencore sign raw materials supply agreement
Meranti Steel has signed an agreement with Glencore for the supply of iron ore pellet and ferrous scrap to its Thai electric arc furnace project, it tells Kallanish. The partnership aims to promote the decarbonisation of the steel industry, the company adds.
