Metalloinvest ramps up LGOK HBI output with upgrade
Russia's Metalloinvest has ramped up output at hot-briquetted iron plant No.3 (HBI-3) at its Lebedinsky iron ore beneficiation plant (LGOK), the company says.
The RUB 2.5 billion ($35 million) project, which included replacement of 540 reaction pipes, has enabled an output increase of 3% to over 2 million tonnes/year.
