Metinvest starts new downstream coil plant construction
Metinvest has begun construction of a new cold-rolled, galvanised and colour-coated coil production facility at its Ilyich Steelworks, says the Mariupol city administration.
Ilyich is currently preparing the site for the construction of the main and auxiliary facilities of the unit, which will be carried out by an external contractor.
