Mexico extends quotas on Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian plate
Mexico has extended a compensatory quota on imports of carbon steel plate originating from Russia, Romania and Ukraine. This is according to a document from the Ministry of Economy published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 8 March. The compensatory quota was originally implemented in September 2005.
