Mexico’s March automotive output weakens, exports grow
The Mexican automotive sector saw exports and domestic sales improve sequentially in March despite lower production, Kallanish notes.
According to the Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia), March output decreased by 5.2% month-on-month to 301,976 units and was 12.7% weaker year-on-year.
