MinRes to raise $850m via senior unsecured notes
Australian miner Mineral Resources (MinRes) has proposed to raise up to $850 million for capital expenditure, Kallanish notes.
MinRes says in a statement that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, up to an aggregate principal amount of $850m of senior unsecured notes due in 2028.
The firm intends to use the cash proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including for capital expenditure.
