MMK, Coskunoz inaugurate joint steel service centre
MMK and Russia-based Coskunoz Alabuga, a unit of Turkey's Coskunoz Holding, have put in operation a joint steel service centre in Russia to supply the automotive parts industry, Kallanish learns from MMK.
The RUB 1 billion ($16m) plant is located in the Alabuga special economic zone in the republic of Tatartsan. It has the capacity to produce 60,000 tonnes/year of steel sheets for stamping of parts for automobiles, MMK says in a statement.
