MMK's third-quarter pig iron output increases
Russian steelmaker MMK increased output of some products in the third quarter, but year-to-date production volume decreased amid difficult market conditions.
MMK's Q3 output of crude steel declined by 3.3% on-quarter to 2.79 million tonnes, mainly due to a decrease in steel output at the Turkish division and market headwinds globally, MMK says in a note sent to Kallanish.
