Mongolia Mining Corporation Q1 coking coal output grows
Mongolia Mining Corporation (MMC), the largest washed coking coal producer and exporter in Mongolia, produced more washed coking coal both on-quarter and on-year in the January-March quarter despite sliding sales, Kallanish learns from its operations report.
MMC produced 2.16 million tonnes of washed coking coal in Q1, up 47% on-year and 26% on-quarter, while processing 3.69mt of run-of-mine (ROM) coal, up 18% year-on-year and 10% compared to the previous quarter.…
