Moody's posts negative 2017 outlook for EU steel
Moody’s, the international rating agency, has published a negative outlook for the European steel market next year, due to the possibility of prices declining and the persistent pressure of imports.
While Moody’s recognises the price recovery currently in place in Europe, it notes that these levels might not be sustainable as a high level of cheaper imports will continue in 2017.
