More Chinese flats producers announce May offers
More major Chinese steelmakers have launched their May ex-works contract offers for flat products following earlier announcements from Baowu and Anshan Iron & Steel. Most of them have held prices unchanged or decreased their offers by CNY 100-200/tonne ($15.91-31.82/t), Kallanish notes.
