More Chinese steelmakers lift July flat offers
More Chinese flat producers have recently lifted or stabilised their July offers to varying degrees following the earlier announcements from Baosteel and Wugang. HRC has slowed and inventories increased in the last week but steel mills are confident for the July market because of delayed construction steel demand, Kallanish notes.
