Chinese mill offers show flats weaker than longs
More Chinese steel producers have released their mid-July offers in recent days, following the market leaders such as Baosteel and Shagang earlier in the week. The new offers again show flat products weaker than longs, in line with the diverging trend in inventories, Kallanish notes.
