Nickel Industries achieves record output and sales
Australian miner Nickel Industries achieved record nickel output and sales in the December quarter, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that it recorded 34,427 nickel metal tonnes sold in the December quarter, up from 28,978t in the September quarter.
The nickel sales comprised of 29,166t of nickel metal in nickel pig iron (NPI), and 5,261t of nickel metal in matte.
