Nippon sues Baosteel, Toyota over electrical steel patents
Nippon Steel Corporation has filed lawsuits before the Tokyo District Court seeking compensatory damages against Baoshan Iron & Steel and Toyota Motor Corporation. It alleges their infringement of Nippon Steel's patents relating to non-grain oriented electrical steel sheet.
