Nippon terminates patent lawsuits against Toyota, Mitsui
Japan’s Nippon Steel on 2 November announced that it had terminated lawsuits against Toyota Motor Corp. and Mitsui & Co. Steel Ltd. over their infringement of Nippon’s patents relating to non-oriented electrical steel sheets, Kallanish notes.
