NLMK sources air separation unit from Air Liquide
NLMK has contracted Air Liquide to supply an air separation unit (ASU) to its Lipetsk steel plant, the steelmaker says.
This will increase the reliability of NLMK’s supply of compressed air and the products of its separation, as the company implements a planned 1 million tonnes/year increase in steel production by 2022.
