New line ups transformer steel output at VIZ-Stal
Russia-based VIZ-Stal, part of NLMK, has put into operation a modernised line for heat treatment of transformer steel, the company says.
The design capacity of the line is 9,600 tonnes/year, Kallanish notes. Total investment amounted to RUB 342 million ($4.7m).
