New reheating furnace to raise NLMK Lipetsk capacity
Russia’s NLMK is carrying out the installation of a new walking beam reheating furnace at the hot-rolling shop of its principal Lipetsk works.
The commissioning of the furnace will add 110,000 tonnes/year to the hot-rolling mill's capacity, and will improve the quality of slab rolled into sheet.
