Lower output, prices dent NLMK's 2019 earnings
NLMK Group expects first-quarter steel output at its flagship Lipetsk works to bounce back to Q1 2019 levels. This comes as major overhauls of the plant's blast furnace and blast oxygen converter shops were completed in Q4 2019.
