NMDC sees iron ore production/sales plunge in April
Indian state-owned miner NMDC’s monthly iron ore production figures fell by approaching -40% year-on-year in April the first month of its 2020-21 fiscal year. Sales of iron ore also dipped even more sharply on the same comparison, marking an inauspicious start to the fiscal, Kallanish notes.
