NSSMC produces/ships more steel year-on-year in third quarter
Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) saw ordinary profit rise firmly year-on-year in the first three quarters of its fiscal year to March 2019. It expects its business performance for the full year to be affected however by difficulties with production and shipments caused by operation and equipment troubles, Kallanish notes.
