Nucor ceo takes helm at AISI
The American Iron and Steel Institute has named Nucor president and ceo Leon Topalian as its new chairman, Kallanish reports.
Topalian will serve a two-year term. He succeeds ArcelorMittal USA ceo John Brett, who will continue to serve as vice chairman alongside new vice chairman Chuck Schmitt, president of SSAB Americas.
