OCTG imports, market show strength in US
With a strong domestic market, US imports of OCTG have yet to show any sign of slowing.
Preliminary import figures from the Department of Commerce show 189,009 tonnes of OCTG imports arrived during the month of November. For December, 192,610t of import license applications have already been tallied, and that figure is not yet finalised for the month, according to the data analysed by Kallanish.
