OCTG imports targeted in new US trade case
A new trade case asking the US government to investigate the alleged dumping and subsidisation of OCTG imports has been filed with the International Trade Commission, Kallanish reports.
The antidumping and countervailing duty investigations have been brought by US petitioners Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US, PTC Liberty Tubulars, US Steel Tubular Products, Welded Tube USA, and the United Steelworkers union.
