Olympic Steel acquires Central Tube & Bar
US service-centre operator Olympic Steel has acquired the Arkansas-based bar/tubular steel supplier Central Tube & Bar in an all-cash purchase for an undisclosed sum.
Kallanish understands that Central Tube & Bar operates three processing facilities in Conway, Arkansas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company had an annual operating revenue of approximately $40 million for the period ending 31 August of this year.
