OM Holdings completes acquisitions
Australian manganese and silicon metals company OM Holdings (OMH)’s wholly owned subsidiary OM Materials (S) (OMS) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% interest in OM Materials (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd (OM Sarawak) and OM Materials (Samalaju) Sdn Bhd (OM Samalaju), Kallanish notes.
