OneSteel targets Stemcor, Daehan in circumvention probe
Australia’s OneSteel – now Liberty OneSteel – alleges that rebar from Korea’s Daehan Steel was brought into the country and sold by a Stemcor subsidiary without application of the relevant anti-dumping duty.
