Optima exits bankruptcy, changes name
US steel holding company Optima Specialty Steel has emerged from bankruptcy and changed its name to Specialty Steel Works Incorporated (SSWI), Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
Optima declared bankruptcy in December. The company includes Michigan Seamless Tube and Pipe, Niagara LaSalle Corporation, Corey Steel and Kentucky Electric Steel.
