Oshkosh sees loss resulting from supply-side issues
US heavy equipment producer and plate consumer Oshkosh suffered a net loss in the first quarter of the year resulting from higher costs and supply-side disruptions, Kallanish learns from the company's latest performance results.
Oshkosh incurred a loss of $2.1 million on sales of $1.95 billion in the first quarter, which is down from earnings reaching $99.6m on sales of $1.89 billion in the same period of last year.
