Outokumpu lowers European alloy surcharges for April
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered its flat stainless steel alloy surcharges month-on-month for a representative range of 27 products for Europe for April 2020, Kallanish notes. This applies to ferritic, austenitic, duplex and heat and creep grades. Surcharges had previously been majorly lowered in January, only to be raised en masse in February, then majorly lowered again for March.
