Outokumpu lowers US stainless alloy surcharges again
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered all alloy surcharges for its flat stainless steels for the US market for June, Kallanish notes. The across-the-board decrease applies to its ferritic, austenitic and special stainless ranges and happens for the second successive month, although it is a stronger fall than in May. The new rates apply from 1 June through 30 June 2019, the company says.
