Outokumpu raises US austentic alloy surcharges for August
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has raised alloy surcharges for its austenitic flat stainless steels and most of its special stainless range for the US market for August, Kallanish notes. Surcharges for ferritic products are lowered however for the fourth successive month. The new rates apply from 1 August through 31 August 2019, the company says.
