Outotec to acquire South African ferrochrome plant services firm
Outotec has agreed to acquire Sinter Plant Services CC in South Africa to complement its service offering to South African ferrochrome plants, Kallanish learns from Finnish technology supplier. The transaction, for which a price has not been disclosed, is expected to be closed by year-end.
