Outotec completes SA ferrochrome services firm acquisition
Outotec has completed the acquisition of Sinter Plant Services CC in South Africa to complement its service offering to South African ferrochrome plants, Kallanish learns from the Finnish technology supplier. A price for the transaction has not be disclosed.
