Pacific Nickel receives Solomon Islands mining lease
Australian-listed Pacific Nickel Mines has been awarded a Mining Lease for the Kolosori Nickel Project from the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification on Isabel Island in the Solomon Islands, Kallanish understands.
The lease was awarded after Pacific Nickel successfully entered into a Surface Access Rights Agreement with landowners and completed the remaining regulatory approvals, according to a bourse filing.
